Friday night is movie night and I chose the critically-acclaimed, Oscar-winning masterpiece, The Black Swan top-billed by Natalie Portman. This is a film who adapted all the major points of Tchaikovsky's own "The Swan Lake". Once again we were seen to be looking into a world where Odette and Odile exists. Although this movie has the twists of modern life "Swan Lake" drama (where the movie's characters depict each of the ballet characters) I must say that they did it very well. For me this is a must-see.
I enjoyed the movie Black Swan very much. I loved the meaning its so cryptic. It seems like I was reading a book the whole time. Everyone has its own dark side; no matter how we try to conceal it or be perfect all the time; somehow, someway it always shows. Natalie Portman deserved her Oscar win. Kudos to her. ^^
